Arthur’s Pass Experience

DESCRIPTION

The Great Alpine Highway has the reputation of being one of the most scenic routes in New Zealand. The stunning and rugged beauty of the Southern Alps transports you to another world, showcasing the grandeur of the terrain, and you don’t have to go too far from home to see it – this is right on our doorstep.

Let us pick you up and take you out on an adventure you won’t forget! The journey begins as we collect you from the Christchurch Bus Interchange.  We pass through the small town of Sheffield, and take a glimpse of the World Famous Castle Hill Rocks – where photograph opportunities are limitless. After, morning tea at a beautiful High Country station awaits.

We stop in Otira Valley for a light lunch, and from there, we have two options – The Devil’s Punchbowl Walking track which leads the traveller to check out the spectacular waterfall or feel free to wander around the Arthurs Pass Village. You may even see a cheeky Kea!

On the way back to Christchurch, sit back and relax, you may even make new travel buddies! Check out the photos from the day, enjoy the scenery and make the most of not having to drive and dream of another day you will come back. If you haven’t seen our great backyard now is the time to do it!
